The place was clean, our room was spotless. The location was stunning, to an event the his church was putting on and overlooking garden. Besides, we were just off a major metro stop and other amenities, and a very nice area in brooklyn, nearby different types of restaurants. Very friendly staff, provided useful info...

Great value for the money spent, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. The location in a nice Brooklyn neighborhood was convenient for exploring different types of restaurants, and the nearby subway made getting into Manhattan a breeze. The live jazz on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays was a delightful and unique experience, adding charm and history to my stay. The hosts, Debbie and Eric, were friendly, warm, and gracious.
Breakfast offerings could have been improved with a greater variety of options.
